Small but sturdy bench . . .

It is in a pretty place when the flowers are blooming. . . not so much now. (I don't know what that metal is under it -- maybe it used to hold a sign near the bench once upon a time. . .

Bench in bank yard for workers' breaks. . .

Stone might seem uncomfortable but I tried it out and it was not bad in warm weather. It is a nice little flower garden spot away from the building and more than a couple people can take advantage of them at a time. Others were used for sculpture instead of seating. . .

Utility bench

Simple but useful and sturdy bench. Looks like it is made strong with supports to hold it together in rough usuage. . . perhaps the garden hose OR our rainy weather made it look used?

She was hiking with her hubby when she came across this neat bench. She thought she would be able to take a photo when the people sitting there moved on BUT soon as someone got up, they were replaced with someone else! So these strangers get to be featured on my blog today. Thanks for the bench, Kathy!
