Yes, the single bench facing the fire pit. . . 
Looks like this is a regular spot for campfires on the "beach"/river. . .

That's a good idea to organise the place where people can make fire! This way, there are less dangerous;And the bench is surely at the right place to enjoy the heat and the beauty of the fire near the river in the evening;It must be pleasant!
