looooooonnnnnngggggggggg bench

I was walking along in downtown Portland, near Waterfront Park but among the downtown office buildings. It seems like a practical solution for a weary walker or someone on a break. . .maybe I should call it three benches as it quits each time there is a doorway into the building. I didn't realize I caught someone in the photo -- he must have stepped outside just as I snapped it.

Found several benches on the NAMI walk #1

We walked 3 miles (5 km) starting on one side of the Wilhamette River and over one bridge and then parallel to the river on the other side of the river and back across a 2nd bridge to our starting point. Of course I had my camera with me. They had lots of benches along the way.
