Planter benches. . .

I don't know how I missed these benches before. . . they are near a bus stop I use frequently. I discovered them when I was hurrying to get to the bus stop and cut across this parking lot! Of course, I had to stop and take a couple pictures . . .
and yes, I made my bus on time in spite of the photo delay! I found out today, the lot belongs to a gasolne company.

Unique design for bench

I found this one accidently when I wasn't looking for benches but this is the best shot I could get of it. I find the back design very interesting.

Table/Benches Duo

I saw this first through the slits in a fence and actually went up their driveway to peek over the fence to take the photo of the benches I found unique and interesting. I was afraid to stay long and compose my shot better but I got the main thing anyway.

Bird Watcher Bench

I found this tiny bench in a yard that had a multitude of bird houses. It is probably the smallest bench I have seen.

Mount Rainier Visitor Center Bench

Nearing the old visitor's center that is being replaced because of impracticality for this region, is this beautiful plaza that is surrounded by benches in a circle. This bench area, unlike the one in the header that is located in the same area, has a slate "flooring" which makes the curved bench an interesting place for a rest between hikes. It coordinates with the stone wall behind it beautifully!
