Gazebo bench by flower garden on Officer's Row

A friend and I wnt to see Officer's Row recently. This gazebo was next to a memorial garden in the middle of the street.

I have had this photo for quite awhile -- I was hoping they would clean i up this summer so I could get a better shot of the bench but it wasn't to be.
