It looks like these benches have little table "ärms" for people's coffee, etc. There were many of these in the Naval Water Park in front of the Bremerton Naval Shipyard. These are just three of them.

Never seen anything like these either! They are fun, at least you know where to put your stuff... if the bench is clean that is...
An ordinary bench, would be great to put the coffe pot there! :D
