I read on a sign that these two benches were made expressely for this place that educates the public about water resources and its environment. Notice that one piece of stone fits into the carved out edge of the other. Very original!

I guess their shape is a little like a fountain, and we can imagine water pouring from one to another.. Very original, indeed!
