We have a national Park in the middle of our town! Well, closer to the river than the middle of town but, here anyway! The ranger station is a nice building with displays that are historical AND a store to buy souviners. Outside is this planter bench, now quite dead since it is almost winter. The bench is a welcome sight when one is wery of walking all around the reserve and the Fort Vancouver replica before stopping here for postcards and other souviners.

Those kinds of benches must be pleasant in spring and summer, when flowers are blooming!
Oh I nice one. I don't think I've seen one like this before.
This is a great idea with a planter on its edge. Never seen like this before.
