I almost built a wagon like this when I taught 4th grade to use for kids reading in their spare time. . . It has a cute little driver's seat which is a bench seat!

Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.
The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .

How lovely! and a rare and unic one!!
That reminds me a little bit of the wagon an uncle of mine used to drive from his little farm to the shop for groceries. Fun for a five -year old to sit on!
